What should I know about luggage?
It is forbidden to carry sacks, crates, tin containers, flowing, smelling, explosive, radioactive and flammable substances. Each passenger is entitled to 1 baggage with a maximum size of 50cm x 70cm and a weight of 30 kg.
In order to change the type of vehicle, the excess baggage information must be reported at the time of booking. Sports equipment such as prams, bicycles and golf-skiing that are not reported will not be accepted.
What should I do if my flight time is canceled or delayed?

What should I do if I spend too much time on customs clearance, baggage or lost baggage?
In case of delays exceeding 30 minutes during baggage and customs procedures, you should inform our officer from our call center.
What are the cancellation or change rules?
You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the transfer. Except for force majeure, a refund cannot be made if it does not use the transfer or if it is requested to cancel it 12 hours before the start of the transfer.
Can I take pets?
Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. Subject to the responsibility of the passenger, the special cages can be carried in the luggage compartment.
Can I transfer by wheelchair?
Yes. If you are traveling with a wheelchair, please state at the time of booking whether your chair is foldable.
